Kevin Geraldi, conductor, with Robert Wells, baritone, and Eduardo Vargas, graduate conductor. Composers throughout history have used the journey of the archetypal hero as a theme. Tonight’s program follows the hero as he succumbs to accursed tragedy, wanders in a more pastoral setting, and ultimately experiences triumph.
